Line Cook Wanted at Little Ripper
Little Ripper is looking for a dedicated, experienced line cook to join our small but mighty team.
Our kitchen is open to guests, so we’re looking for someone who brings professionalism, cleanliness, focus, and calm energy to the line at all times.
This is a high-volume brunch service position, ideal for someone who works well under pressure, stays organized, and takes pride in consistent, thoughtful execution.
Schedule:
Thursday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Ideal candidates will:
- Have 3+ years of line cook experience; brunch experience preferred
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume service
- Be confident with station setup, stocking, and prep
- Have experience with sauté, salads, sauces, prep, and meat slicing
- Maintain strong attention to detail, consistency, and plating
- Communicate clearly with FOH to support smooth service and timely tickets
- Understand and manage common allergens
- Be committed to cleanliness and organization throughout each shift
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($19.50 - $25.00) plus tips
