Floor Manager — Golden HOF
Golden HOF is seeking a Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house team and help drive a seamless, guest-focused service experience. This role is responsible for daily floor operations, team development, service standards, and overall guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and hands-on leader. The Floor Manager works closely with the rest of the management team to ensure smooth coordination across all departments.
Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Overseeing daily service and maintaining a high standard of hospitality
Actively managing the floor and supporting staff during service
Managing labor pars
Training and developing service staff
Addressing guest concerns in real time and providing solutions
Ensuring compliance with DOH and safety protocolsCore Competencies
Leads by example and fosters a collaborative team culture
Strong floor presence and ability to stay calm under pressure
Communicates effectively with staff and guests
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Works closely with all departments to ensure cohesive operations
