Le Coupe is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our front of house team! As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our valued customers. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere as they enter the restaurant.
- Efficiently and accurately take customer orders using the POS system (TOAST)
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure food orders are prepared and delivered promptly.
- Ensure all take out and delivery orders are packed with the proper items and handed off to the correct customer or driver in a timely manner.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and outgoing manner, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have. This role is ideal for someone who is an extrovert and enjoying communicating with people.
- Assist in closing down the front of house operations, including cleaning floors and maintaining cleanliness standards.
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service/ restaurant front of house is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Availability to work Weekends
Compensation: $17/ hr + tips (typically works out to be between $22 and $34 per hour )
