Pat Gallagher’s Hospitality Group is home to some of the Northshore’s most celebrated restaurants, known for white-tablecloth dining, fresh Gulf seafood, and true Southern hospitality. We are seeking skilled and motivated Line Cooks to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in their craft, work well in a team environment, and are eager to contribute to one of Louisiana’s premier hospitality groups.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items to exact recipes, presentation, and quality standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines

Assist with prep work, inventory, and daily kitchen organization

Work collaboratively with chefs and other team members to ensure smooth service

Support the execution of seasonal menus and specials as directed by culinary leadership
Qualifications

Previous experience as a line cook or in a professional kitchen preferred

Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures consistently

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality dishes

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field
