Brasserie Ten Ten is seeking Support staff to join our team. We are seeking both full-time and part-time positions, with availability on weekdays and weekends being essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in running food from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring that all dishes are delivered promptly and accurately.
• Bus and reset tables between guest seatings, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Clear tables efficiently and thoroughly between courses and at the end of each meal.
• Support the front-of-house team by responding to guest requests and assisting with any additional tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant, including the dining room, service stations, bathrooms and entryways.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required, ensuring the restaurant is ready for service.
• Perform all other duties, as assigned. 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a support, food running, expo or busser role in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all members of the restaurant staff.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing and walking for extended periods, often for the entire shift.
• Lifting and carrying trays, dishes, and other items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Bending and reaching to perform tasks around the dining area.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of activity.
