We’re looking for driven, dependable, and detail-oriented line cooks who show up ready to work, who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and who care about doing things right. We are looking for a full time brunch cook to work the line on Saturdays and Sundays and a few nights throughout the week, as well as a full time evening cook. 

What You’ll Do

  • Arrive on time, ready to set up your station and prep ingredients for service.
  • Keep your workspace organized, clean, and stocked throughout the shift.
  • Cook and plate dishes to order, following recipes and standards.
  • Practice proper food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures at all times.
  • Support your team with smooth kitchen operations, including daily close-down.

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable availability for days, weekends, and/or special events (we close for select holidays).
  • Solid knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work quickly, stay organized, and follow directions in a busy kitchen.
  • Attention to detail and pride in your work.
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • A respectful, team-first mindset. No egos, just good work.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($19.00 - $24.00)
