We are seeking an Executive Chef who shares our passion for excellence and believes in the power of teamwork. This is an opportunity to help lead an award-winning restaurant into its next chapter, bringing your creativity, discipline, and leadership to a kitchen that values precision, consistency, and innovation.
You will have creative freedom within a true partnership, working closely with ownership and our front of house leadership to align the kitchen’s vision with the overall guest experience. The standards you help set will define the experience for our guests and the reputation we build together.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with ownership to set and execute Jolene’s culinary vision
- Design seasonal menus that combine French precision with your creative approach
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable a talented kitchen team
- Collaborate with FOH leadership to deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience
- Manage sourcing, food cost, and vendor relationships with a focus on quality and profitability
- Implement systems and standards that ensure consistency, speed, and excellence in every service
- Represent Jolene’s in the local and regional dining community as a culinary leader
What We Offer
- Competitive salary $85–$100k for highly qualified candidates

Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years fine dining culinary experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to inspire, train, and manage a culinary team
- Exceptional attention to detail regarding cleanliness, organization, and consistency
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines
- Ability to multitask and adapt during service
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the role, including standing for long periods, bending, and lifting 50 lbs or more
