Electric Bleu is a 5 month old French-leaning bistro with 60 seats.
The decor is simple and inviting but not without a touch of whimsy. The guests will recognize the music playing in the background that are equal parts cool and kitschy. Our food, wine and service are serious, but we believe that dining with us should be fun.
The owner chef is experienced, world-traveled with years of Michelin star experience. We are passionate about food, cooking and hospitality - all done the right way. Our restaurant is both a place for our neighbors and a destination for food lovers.
Who we're looking for:
Energetic, Hardworking, Flexible, Curious, Humble, Never Satisfied, Hungry and Loves to Share a Great Meal!
Please have at least 5 years full service experience with a strong background of wine knowledge. Training in wine is a positive consideration.
We are beer/wine/sake only.
Be passionate about and knowledgable about food and wine and excited to introduce new things to our guests.
