Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Wine Director to lead our beverage program. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of Italian and French wines, exceptional service skills, and the leadership to inspire and train our front-of-house team. This role requires a hands-on approach to guest engagement, list curation, and program management in a high-volume, fine dining setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Curate, maintain, and evolve an extensive and diverse wine list.

  • Oversee wine service, pairings, and guest education.

  • Lead staff training and wine education initiatives.

  • Manage vendor relationships, purchasing, and inventory control.

  • Collaborate with the culinary team on seasonal pairings and events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in a wine leadership role in fine dining.

  • Strong knowledge of Italian and French wine regions; advanced certifications preferred.

  • Proven success in building and managing wine programs.

  • Excellent communication, training, and hospitality skills.

Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $95,000.00)
