About the Role:
As a Commis Chef, you will be at the heart of our kitchen. Working closely with the Section Chefs and Head Chef, you will be responsible of supporting the team in food preparation and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing ingredients (including washing, chopping and measuring)- Maintaining a clean workspace (keep the kitchen, equipment and storage areas clean and organized, adhering to hygiene standards)
- Learn essential cooking techniques
- Assisting with plating
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a high end restaurant
- Teamwork
- Physical Stamina
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
