Line Cook
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our team in a fast-paced, open kitchen environment. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining cleanliness and organization of your assigned station. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, values presentation and consistency, and is comfortable working in an open kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares, cooks, and plates menu items according to Mother Wolf specifications and standards.
- Adheres to all Health and Safety Regulations.
- Sets up and breaks down assigned station.
- Assists with control of inventory and supplies.
- Promotes a safe and respectful work environment.
- Completes tasks assigned by management in a timely efficient manner.
- Communicates all kitchen related needs to management.
- Assists other stations when needed.
- Brings all tools and equipment and maintains in proper working order.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a high-volume, professional kitchen is required.
- Must have flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and early/late hours as needed.
- Must have the ability to report to work on time and when scheduled.
- Experience working with fresh pasta is preferred
- Experience working with wood burning ovens is a plus.
- California Food Handlers Card preferred but not required prior to employment.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length.
- Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously.
- Must have the ability to bend, squat and lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill tasks.
- Requires grasping, standing, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($19.00 - $22.00) plus tips
