We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and contribute to our commitment to culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and execute high-quality dishes in your section of the kitchen, ensuring all food meets our high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and manage your section’s inventory.
• Maintain a positive and efficient kitchen environment, working well with team members.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a fine dining or French restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of French cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for food and a drive to deliver the highest quality dishes.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Culinary qualification preferred but not essential.

Compensation: Salary ($62,000.00 - $64,000.00)
