We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and contribute to our commitment to culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute high-quality dishes in your section of the kitchen, ensuring all food meets our high standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Ensure proper stock rotation and manage your section’s inventory.

Maintain a positive and efficient kitchen environment, working well with team members.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a fine dining or French restaurant.

Strong knowledge of French cuisine and cooking techniques.

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

A passion for food and a drive to deliver the highest quality dishes.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Culinary qualification preferred but not essential.
