Job Details

Zoi Mediterranean is looking for a passionate and experienced Floor Manager to join our front-of-house leadership team. If you have a strong background in hospitality, excellent people skills, and a desire to lead in a vibrant, high-end Mediterranean dining concept – we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily floor operations to ensure smooth service

  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences

  • Coordinate between kitchen, bar, and service teams for operational flow

  • Handle guest interactions, resolve issues professionally, and ensure satisfaction

  • Manage staff schedules and ensure team efficiency during service

  • Maintain high standards in hygiene, cleanliness, and atmosphere

  • Support reservations, seating plans, and VIP guest handling

  • Monitor service quality and uphold brand values

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in upscale or Mediterranean dining)

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving ability and calm under pressure

  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Familiarity with POS systems and service management tools
