Gravitas is a small, vibrant 75 seat fine dining, New American restaurant, serving tasting menus, and dedicated to seasonal cooking and sourcing from local farms and waters. The Conservatory is a rooftop bar and lounge, surrounded by an urban culinary garden, open for evening service for wine, cocktails and dinner options that range from light bites to a 3-course prix fixe.
We are seeking highly motivated and passionate part-time and full-time cooks. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in all aspects of the kitchen and 101 Hospitality Group. As a member of the BoH team, you will be working closely with Chef Matt Baker and other talented chefs. Ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience cooking in fine-dining restaurants.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($19.00 - $22.00)
