Requirements – FOH Staff

Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills

Reliable and punctual — able to work scheduled shifts on time

Comfortable using a POS system (training provided)

Able to stand and move quickly for the duration of a shift

Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team

Willingness to help with a variety of FOH tasks (expo, food running, cleaning, stocking, guest interaction)
- Available to work weekend (Sat-Sun required)
Responsibilities

Greet customers, answer menu questions, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere

Handle POS transactions accurately (cash, card, mobile pay)

Food running & expo: check orders for accuracy and deliver promptly to guests/pick-up counter

Maintain cleanliness of dining area, drink station, condiment area, and restrooms

Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties

Provide great customer service and resolve guest concerns

Support BOH with light prep/restocking if needed
