Head Bartender

We’re seeking a hands-on, experienced Head Bartender to join our team at Golden HOF Bar & Grill. This is a leadership role for someone who’s passionate about cocktails, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at creating and maintaining systems that keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support bar staff through training, mentorship, and clear communication

• Oversee organization, cleanliness, and consistency behind both bars

• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control

• Implement and maintain systems for batching, prep, and quality control

• Collaborate on menu development and ensure all drinks are executed to spec

• Foster a team culture that prioritizes hospitality, efficiency, and accountability

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of bartending experience

• Strong organizational skills and a systems-first mindset

• Experience with batching, high-volume service, and bar prep

• A working knowledge of cocktail technique, ingredients, and tools

• Ability to lead by example — jumping in wherever needed

• Familiarity with Korean spirits, flavors, or cuisine is a plus but not required
