Schedule: 3PM–Close | Dinner Service | Full-Time
Required Experience: Minimum 4 years
We’re looking for a serious saute cook to join our team. This is a high-volume, chef-driven kitchen with elevated service, strong standards, and great people. You must be confident on the grill, understand steak temps, and thrive during dinner service.
👨🍳 What We’re Looking For-
4+ years line cook experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen

Familiarity with Italian cuisine and steakhouse standards is a plus

Strong saute fundamentals and understanding of cooking proteins

Reliable and ready to work PM shifts and weekends

Positive, team-oriented attitude who thrives under pressure

Clean, organized, and consistent with mise en place and station upkeep

Spanish language skills a plus

Preparing and executing sauteed items to spec during dinner service

Maintaining a clean and organized station from setup through breakdown

Supporting your team and communicating clearly during high-volume service

Following all food safety and sanitation procedures
