We are part of Fearless Restaurant Group, a multi-concept group of artisanal restaurants based in Philadelphia, PA, and Long Beach Island, NJ. Triple Crown restaurant is now open. The restaurant consists of 200 seats plus a large 40-seat bar, perfect for corporate and social travelers staying in the 180-room hotel upstairs! The restaurant is cozy and upscale environment filled with dark woods and oil paintings of the bucolic countryside. The Ralph Lauren-inspired equestrian theme is seen throughout the space with classic patterns of plaid, stripes, and chinoiserie accents!
A Triple Crown Server will be an expert at welcoming our guests into our home with warmth, enthusiasm, and grace. This candidate will have a desire to continue to learn and grow within our organization. The ideal server candidate is positive, responsible, hands-on, and a team player who has strong communication skills and can handle multiple tasks in a friendly manner with grace and composure.

- Welcome our guests with a friendly demeanor into our home
- Demonstrate competency in all steps of service
- Have a desire to build knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails
- Maintain accurate knowledge on all menu items and beverage program
- Derive pleasure from providing genuine hospitality
- Demonstrate proper professional decorum
- Prior experience in a food-serving establishment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods
Salary/Benefits
- Schedule from 6:30 am – 2:00 pm
- Sunday availability is required
