Triple Crown restaurant is open. The restaurant consists of 200 seats plus a large 40 seat bar, perfect for corporate and social travelers staying in the 180 room hotel upstairs! The restaurant is a cozy and upscale environment filled with dark woods and oil paintings of the bucolic countryside. The Ralph Lauren inspired equestrian theme is seen throughout the space with classic patterns of plaid, stripes, and chinoiserie accents!
A Fearless Line Cook will be a professional who takes pride in their work. All team members must be highly organized with the ability and desire to work fast and clean.
Skills/Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant experience in a high-volume, excellence-driven environment
- Must have previous experience working fast-paced sauté, pantry, or grill stations
- Excellent knife skills
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to the hospitality industry
- Must be driven to meet or exceed standards of operational excellence
- Likes to work in a team and professional work ethic
- Food Safety Knowledge
- High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods
Salary/Benefits
- Hours from 6:30 am – 2:00 pm
- Sunday availability required
