Nine Restaurant Group was founded by a team of local investors. Their first venture, Nine, is a modern fine dining restaurant showcasing a global cuisine. Located in historic Beacon Hill, Nine pays homage to tradition while embracing contemporary culinary innovation.

Nine is seeking to hire passionate, motivated, professional pastry cooks who are eager to learn. Ideal candidates must be career and food driven, dependable, and desire constant development of themselves. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and time management.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any individual to be part of an ambitious group both within this restaurant and the expansion plans for the future.

Essential Functions:

  • Execute high quality foods in a fast paced kitchen
  • Follow recipes as provided while taking direction from the Pastry Chef and CDC of the restaurant 
  • Complete daily preparation tasks as assigned in a timely manner
  • Maintain an organized and clean station in accordance with Department of Health and kitchen standards
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed and other duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational success

Qualifications: 

  • Advanced knife skills, plating techniques, and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn and follow recipes to execute dishes and prep
  • 1-2 years in a scratch kitchen preferred 
  • Must be able to take direction and communicate clearly

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($19.00 - $23.00)
