Job Description:

Servers are responsible for providing prompt, professional, and friendly service to all guests of the entire restaurant. The ideal candidate must thrive in a high-volume environment, while working closely with their co-workers in a team oriented atmosphere. Obsessed with Champagne, bubbles, and the people who love it; Charismatic and passionate about the food & beverage industry; Whip smart, creative, fun, and collaborative; Ready for any challenge, positive, optimistic, and willing to take risks; Detail oriented, and happily hands-on to make this restaurant a runaway success!

What you'll do:

• Be thoroughly familiar with all menu items, including ingredients, allergens, wine and beverage, and ready to answer all questions accurately
• Demonstrate an ability to follow all sequence of service creating a memorable and comfortable time for guests
• Work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Interact and communicate with all colleagues and guests with genuine hospitality
• Set up the dining room with a keen eye for detail including tables, chairs, floors, lighting, temperature, décor, and music
• Take and execute orders while accommodating guest’s special needs
• Support all team members when requested by management and supervisors
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service laws
• Stock all side stations, fold linens, polish china, silverware, and glassware
• Participate in all meetings to completely understand the company’s expanding opportunities, special events, and products

What we need from you:

• Msut be available to work weekends
• Experience working as a high-level server in a similar environment
• Curious Intelligence to continue learning in the position
• Polished Presentation
• Strong work ethic, team player, and exceptional guest service skills
