Saint Urban is of a new generation of fine dining restaurants. It builds on the classic framework of haute cuisine but strips out what we feel is no longer relevant. We emphasize over-the-top hospitality with a goal to create a guest experience so elevated and yet so comfortable, they have no choice but to return.
We have a strong focus on wine, but in a new way; designing the food around the wine and focusing on specific old-world regions.
We are as excited about sharing these wines at all price points, catering to guests at every stop along their wine journey.
We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team for this exciting opening. A successful candidate will:

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($25.00 - $30.00)
