The Happ Inn, a Neighborhood staple in Chicago’s Northshore area, is now looking to add to our team! As part of The Good Plate Hospitality Group & with the support of being an established part of the Northfield community for 16 years, the Happ Inn is seeking experienced Servers to work alongside our team in an exciting effort to grow to new heights in the new year. We are looking for positive, professional, energetic experts in their craft. Applicants should be comfortable working as a member of a team, connecting with our regulars, providing superior service & memorable experiences for our loyal guests. We offer a 5 day training program to ensure new team members are well adjusted and prepared, however we also support a culture of continuing education and we inspire the desire to always keep learning & improving.
