FOH Floater at Hewn (Evanston & Winnetka)
Step into a role with one of the nation’s most acclaimed independent artisan bakeries. Hewn is seeking a dependable and highly organized Front-of-House (FOH) Staff Member to serve as a Floater across our Evanston and Winnetka locations.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a change of scenery and thrives in a collaborative, high-standard environment. As the face of Hewn, you will ensure our customers receive the same award-winning service that our bakers put into every loaf.
Requirements:
Availability: Must have consistent weekend availability.
Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume cafe is a strong asset; Barista experience is preferred.
Certification: Current Food Handler certification required.
Schedule: We offer a balanced work-life schedule (Closed on Mondays!), with shifts between 6 AM and 6 PM.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($16.00 - $17.00) plus tips
