Superprime Steakhouse is a steakhouse crafted by Chefs Marc Zimmerman and Shanna Vatsaloo, sonically elevated by vintage JBL audio, and accompanied by a robust beverage program featuring Japanese whisky and boutique wine and spirits. What You’ll do:
At Superprime you will be working on a station, managing and producing the station’s mise en place. Making sure everything tastes great on a daily basis. Working as a team with other cooks to produce delicious food. You will be reporting to the sous chef and chef de cuisine daily.
Job requirements:

Maintain a clean and organized station during service and breakdown

At least 1 year of cooking experience (fine dining preferred)

Culinary degree is a plus, but not required

Comfort with physical aspects of the role (standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs.)

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
