Chef Andrew Carmellini's team is looking for a friendly, hard-working BEVERAGE MANAGER to join them at our second Bar Primi located in the new Penn District. 

Bar Primi is a pasta shop devoted to ‘primi piatti,’ the pasta course. What began as an idea for a small space in New York’s East Village has since become a downtown New York staple, housed on the Bowery for the last ten years. With this second location in Penn District in the heart of Midtown, chef-partner Andrew Carmellini will carry on his same tried and true methods of making fresh pasta.

This opportunity has tremendous growth potential within our growing hospitality family.

Ideal candidates possess:
*1-2 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry, management experience preferred
*A warm and gracious outlook, the ability to create stellar guest experiences.
*A professional and polished approach to leadership.
*Positive attitude and strong work ethic with the mentality of a team player.
*The ability to comfortably lead a team in a busy atmosphere.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Skilled with OpenTable and MICROS POS, a plus.
*DOH Food Protection certified.
