Job Details

The Dinex Group, Chef Daniel Boulud’s internationally acclaimed restaurant group, seeks a dedicated and hospitable reservationist for the new multi-fine dining concept, Centurion® New York.

Centurion an exclusive, elegant space that provides guests the highest level of service and hospitality. We are committed to creating a unique experience for each one of our guests and are looking for experienced and enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our team.

The 
Captain is responsible for serving guests in a warm, accommodating and professional manner to ensure total guest satisfaction. They are in charge of a specific station and should always be present on the floor making sure that service runs smoothly.  

Requirements include attention to detail, organization, strong food/wine/beverage knowledge, a professional demeanor, discretion and the ability to work as a team player.

Ideal Candidates should have the following:

  • 2 or more years of New York fine dining restaurant experience, private club or its equivalent
  • Desire and dedication to offer premier fine dining experience
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge

Position requires:

  • Full availability - daytime hours, evening hours and weekends

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($16.50) plus tips
