FILLINGS is a new pie mini shop founded by a female Marine Corps veteran and former chef at Michelin-starred and James Beard–nominated restaurants. We specialize in pie minis—small, handheld pies that fit in the palm of your hand. We’re here to shake up dessert and are looking for creative, passionate individuals to help us redefine what “pie” means.
We officially launched on October 3rd! FILLINGS is kicking off with direct-to-consumer drops on Hot Plate, collaborations, activations, and pop-ups while our flagship storefront is under construction—making this a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of a fast-growing startup and help shape its future. Requirements:
- Culinary school graduate or at least one year of professional kitchen experience
- Strong basic pastry skills (scaling, mixing, baking, production organization)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our production techniques
- Ability to work under tight time constraints, multi-task, and prioritize tasks and duties
- Attention to detail, efficiency, and commitment to maintaining a clean kitchen
- Positive, flexible attitude and interest in working in a small, hands-on team
- Strong commitment to excellence: Always do the right thing, especially when no one is looking
- Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- A working understanding of sanitation codes and DOH regulations
