Job Details
We are looking for candidates with a record of excellence in the kitchen, and a commitment to quality and execution. We are a small crew in an open kitchen so an attention to detail, desire to work as a team, and passion for ingredient driven food is a must!
Responsibilities:
- Working the hot line, fryer, oyster/raw bar station, and prep for the restaurant
- Experience with raw bar and live fire (charcoal) cooking is a plus
- Help maintain cleanliness of the kitchen including all refrigeration, the food hot line, dish area, and restaurant as a whole.
- Ensure minimal wastage of product.
- Ensure that sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards are met by compliance with state laws and regulations, enacting proper food storage and handling techniques, and maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
- Any other duties as directed by the Executive chef and management.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $24.00)
