Job Details
As a bakehouse attendant, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the bakehouse. Your responsibilities include customer service, crafting and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages and contributing to the overall success of the bakehouse by ensuring a positive customer experience and efficient service.
- Execute the processing of customer orders, including coffee, food, and other menu items.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Summarize patterns for management.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure a clean and organized cafe space.
- Manage inventory levels of cafe supplies, restocking and detailing what needs reordering as needed.
- Collaborate with upper management to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Stay informed about the cafe menu items and ingredients
- Train other staff (restaurant and bar) to effectively communicate menu offerings and upsell when appropriate.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-related equipment.
- Maintain a stock of required coffee syrups and other products required to make all menu items
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($17.43)
