Role Overview
As a Checkout Experience Associate, you are the final touchpoint in a guest’s shopping journey. Your role is to ensure a seamless, friendly, and professional checkout experience while also supporting light merchandising tasks when needed. We’re looking for individuals who bring warmth, attention to detail, and a commitment to great service.
Key Responsibilities
Checkout Experience:

Welcome every customer with a positive and approachable attitude

Efficiently and accurately process purchases using our POS system

Handle cash, credit, and contactless payments with precision

Maintain a tidy, well-stocked, and organized checkout area
-
Answer questions about products and guide customers to store locations when needed

Follow all store policies regarding returns, exchanges, and transactions
Support & Merchandising:

Assist with stocking impulse items and small displays near checkout

Help with light restocking and organizing of high-traffic areas when appropriate

Report inventory or guest concerns to store leadership
General Expectations:

Maintain store cleanliness and contribute to team-wide upkeep tasks

Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and health protocols

Lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods when necessary

Work independently while also collaborating across departments

Be flexible and willing to assist wherever needed
Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older
-
Friendly, calm, and confident in fast-paced environments

Previous cashier or customer-facing experience preferred

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Enthusiastic about wellness, food, and helping people

Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $20.00)
