Job Details

Otway is seeking a an Executive Chef to join our team. We are an independently owned restaurant with opportunities to work with interesting ingredients, learn new techniques and huge potential for growth.

The Executive Chef will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including cooking, production, inventory, ordering, quality control and sanitation. We are looking for passionate and organized individuals with excellent attention to detail who want to take their careers to the next level.

Ideal Candidate:
-4-5 years experience in a kitchen leadership role, preferably as a sous chef in a fine dining restaurant group

-Developed knowledge of various culinary styles and mastery of all line level cooking stations.

-Capability to teach and mentor others

-A professional and polished approach to leadership in a busy atmosphere.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-ServSafe and/or Food Safety Handler certification required.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $90,000.00)
