Frita Batidos is a vibrant, Cuban street food–inspired fast-casual restaurant created by James Beard–nominated Chef Eve Aronoff. Known for our bold flavors, signature Fritas (Cuban burgers), and Batidos (tropical shakes), we deliver high energy, heartfelt hospitality, and crave-worthy food in every guest experience. After over a decade in Ann Arbor, Michigan, we’re thrilled to expand to Brooklyn with our first NYC location opening in Domino Park – Williamsburg. Rooted in the traditions of Cuban street food and inspired by Chef Eve’s childhood visits to Miami, our menu centers around the Frita—a chorizo-spiced burger with shoestring fries on a soft egg bun—and the Batido—a tropical milkshake made with fresh fruit, crushed ice, and sweetened milk, with or without rum! Everything is made from scratch, guided by the tenets of the Slow Food Movement and driven by Chef Eve’s twin passions: creating food with the highest standards and sharing the warmth of feeding people in a playful, anything-goes environment. Frita Batidos is a unique fusion of fine culinary attention and joyful street food spirit—and we’re looking for passionate people to help us bring it to life in Brooklyn!
