We’re kicking off 2026 with a bang as Oyster Oyster enters its next chapter after an incredible five-year journey. Our mission is simple: to become a better restaurant every single day. Led by James Beard Award–winning chef Rob Rubba, Oyster Oyster is dedicated to sustainable, environmentally positive cuisine, and we’re proud to have retained both our 2025 Michelin Star and Michelin Green Star.

We are open Tuesday through Saturday for dinner service only—that’s right, no brunch shifts! If you’re a hospitality professional who takes your craft seriously but still loves to have fun while doing it, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities

Guide guests through the full Oyster Oyster dining experience, including food and beverage offerings

Engage guests with knowledge of the menu and the ethos behind our sustainable approach

Prepare, clean, and maintain the dining room

Support the team with additional restaurant duties as needed
Qualifications

Previous experience in upscale casual or fine dining environments

Ability to build genuine rapport with guests

Strong communication skills

Passion for thoughtful, sustainability-driven cuisine is a plus
