We have a large venue with a lot going on - deli/butcher/restaurant/bar/patio/event space - and are looking to hire as we shift into high gear for the Summer season.
Ideal candidates are positive, team players with drive to grow and a proactive approach to ensuring customers receive the highest quality experience while in our venue - whether they are in for butcher meats, a drink at the bar, a concert, or dinner upstairs.
Qualifications as follows:
- Minimum 2 years experience bartending
- Experience/comfort and proactive attitude in learning new menu items seasonally and weekly for changing charcuterie, cocktails & specials
- Positive attitude, team player, flexible in changing atmospheres, ability to multi-task and outgoing nature
- Confident and knowledgeable during guest interactions
- Craft cocktail precision AND speed/urgency in delivering guest orders
