Line Cook

About us:

We are specifically looking for a part time line cook for our brunch services 8am-3pm on Saturday and Sundays. 

We are Pompette, a 50-seat restaurant located in the heart of Bucktown at the corner of Armitage and Damen. During brunch the restaurant will have Café service offering breakfast items and lunch. From late afternoon the restaurant will be serving a small-plate menu to accompany the wine focused beverage program. We are looking for highly motivated, excited, and creative individuals who would like to grow with the company. We are specifically looking for a part time line cook for our brunch services 8am-3pm on Saturday and Sundays. 

Responsibilities of Line Cook:

• Run station efficiently
• Cook hot and cold food
• Prep and restock station
• Maintain station cleanliness
• Notify when supplies are low
• Put away orders in proper place
• Help with family meal
• Coordinate with managers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service to customers
