Banquet Server

Leonard’s Palazzo is a premier event venue known for its exceptional service and beautiful event spaces. We specialize in hosting a variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties. We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and dedicated Part-Time Server to join our team at Leonard’s Palazzo. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests during events. You will play a key role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience. The ideal candidate is professional, attentive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
• Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Set up, serve, and break down event spaces
• Ensure guests' needs are met, including food and beverage refills, and special requests
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and dining areas throughout the event
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist in event setup and breakdown as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable, professional, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift trays as needed
