Specializing in handmade dim sum, the menu also features creative Chinese-American dishes and housemade ice cream. Our dining experience is enriched with five-star hospitality touches and a beverage program that includes Chinese loose-leaf teas and small-batch California beers and wines.

BOH Positions Available:
Line Cook
- Must have experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Knowledge of proper prep, cooking techniques, plating, and timing
- Able to follow recipes and maintain consistent quality
- Strong communication with Expo and FOH essential
- Ability to clean, organize, and close down station nightly
Prep Cook

Experience in batch cooking, knife skills, portioning, and mise en place

Comfortable working with recipes and product specs

Reliable, organized, and punctual with high attention to detail
Dishwasher
- Responsible for keeping kitchen tools, dishware, and workspaces clean and sanitized
- Assist with trash, cleaning, and kitchen deep-clean duties
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work on your feet for extended periods
- No experience necessary—willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic
