Noodlebird Seeking PM Line Cook (Logan Square, Chicago)

Position: PM Line Cook + Wednesday Noodle Production
Noodlebird in Logan Square is hiring a PM Line Cook to join our fast-casual kitchen featuring live-fire BBQ, handmade noodles and dumplings, and house pastries.
We are seeking a reliable and motivated cook who is excited to work with high-quality ingredients and grow within a supportive, fast-paced team.
Schedule
Full-time schedule includes:
Wednesday: 8 AM – 4 PM
• Noodle production and light prep support
Friday: 1 PM – 10 PM
• Line cook
Saturday: 11 AM – 10:30 PM
• Line cook
Sunday: 11 AM – 9:30 PM
• Line cook
Schedule may be adjusted based on business needs.
Requirements
• Minimum 1+ year of line cook experience
• Wok cooking experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow direction, accept feedback, and continuously improve
• Dependability is essential — consistent attendance and punctuality are required
