Founded in the spring of 2000 by chef and restaurateur Gerry Klaskala,
Aria was built on a simple idea: to create lasting memories around exceptional food, wine, and hospitality.
Today, longtime general manager and now owner Andrés Loaiza, along with Executive Chef Joseph Harrison, carry that vision forward—continuing to craft experiences that center around the guest, and ensuring that Aria remains a place to return to again and again.
