Join our small, high-performing team at a family-owned Japanese restaurant

Established in 1995, our restaurant has proudly served comforting, home-style Japanese meals to the San Gabriel community for 30 years. We’ve built a loyal following by staying true to our roots: warm hospitality, consistent quality, and a team that works together like family.

We’re currently looking for experienced, dependable servers who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in their service. During our prime shifts, we operate a full house of 40 patrons with the goal of three turnovers per shift, handled by a tight-knit front-of-house team of three.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years of serving experience in a busy restaurant setting

• Proven ability to manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

• Strong sense of teamwork and clear communication under pressure

• Comfortable working at a fast pace with care and precision

• A warm, professional presence and a genuine respect for the guest experience
