Beer Garden Line Cook

Libertee Grounds, Philly's hyperlocal craft beer bar with Asian American inspired pub fare and indoor mini golf is partnerning with Parks & Rec for a 12 week beer garden & outdoor mini golf course at the Oval which is located at 2451 Benjamin Franklin Parkway. We are seeking an experienced Line Cook who can work the food truck through September 12th during the following hours:

Wednesday-Thursday | 2:30pm - 9:30pm
Friday | 2pm - 11pm
Saturday | 12pm - 11pm or a shorter morning or evening shift
Sunday - 10:30am - 9:30pm or a shorter morning or evening shift

The food & drink menu at the Oval is being dubbed Sidekicks by Libertee Grounds. Think about it as an Asian inspired Shake Shack that showcases authentic Asian flavors and American pub fare favorites. This is a great opportunity to learn about authentic Asian cuisine that isn't necessarily represented across many menus.

Furthermore, Libertee Grounds may be able to provide this Line Cook with more hours at our brick & mortar location at 16th & Girard. This can be discussed during the interview process.
