Roze Pony is looking for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.
Searching for highly motivated and positive individuals, management experience not necessary but line experince is required. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.
As a Sous Chef you will be working with and assisting our Sous Chefs and Executive Chef.
You will be responsible for managing the kitchen, receiving orders, expediting orders out and being a leader for our team. Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Effective communication skills and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to make quick decisions and able to handle mutiple tasks at one time
- Passion for food!
Roze Pony, sister restaurant to Cafe Roze is a new neighborhood restaurant located in Belle Meade. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, alongside a fully stocked bar, including a grab-and-go market, offering coffee and snacks.
