Qualifications
- Retail leadership experience required
- Ability to prioritize during busy time
- Flexible in regards to both scheduling and location
- Looking for someone who understands that customer service is the MOST important thing
- Someone who is nice, friendly, easy to get along with and has a good measure of common sense
- Deli experience with a high-volume bakery, cashier bagging of food preferred
- Must be able to close at least twice a week when we extend out hours to 8pm
Responsibilities
- Restock front with drinks, chips, coffee slushy mix. Stock coffee service station
- Count cash drawer
- All aspects of customer service to create a welcoming and helpful buying experience for our customers
- Maintain Edith's high quality standards and consistency despite fast paced environment and repetitiveness of work
- Assisting managers to receive, price, display, clean, and maintain inventory throughout the store
- Open and closes store and is a point person on processes and procedures
- Assist sales associates with various customer service issues (i.e. dissatisfied customer, returns, defective merchandise) and have the capacity to know when to step in an escalated situation gracefully
- WEEKENDS REQUIRED
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $26.00)
