Qualifications
  • Retail leadership experience required
  • Ability to prioritize during busy time
  • Flexible in regard to both scheduling and location.
  • Looking for someone who understands that customer service is the MOST important thing.
  • Someone who is nice, friendly, easy to get along with and has a good measure of common sense
  • Deli experience with a high-volume bakery, cashier bagging of food preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Restock front with drinks, chips, coffee slushy mix. Stock coffee service station
  • Count cash drawer
  • All aspects of customer service to create a welcoming and helpful buying experience for our customers
  • Maintain Edith's high-quality standards and consistency despite fast paced environment and repetitiveness of work
  • Assisting managers to receive, price, display, clean, and maintain inventory throughout the store
  • Open and closes store and is a point person on processes and procedures
  • Assist sales associates with various customer service issues (i.e. dissatisfied customer, returns, defective merchandise) and have the capacity to know when to step in an escalated situation gracefully
Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($23.00 - $28.00)
