This is your chance to lead and motivate our front-of-house team, ensuring every guest experiences the highest level of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Set the tone for personalized service by using guest names, building genuine relationships, and ensuring every table is personally touched.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, guide, and inspire the front-of-house team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Service Oversight: Partner with the kitchen and service teams to deliver flawless operations and impeccable service.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate guest needs and handle any concerns swiftly and professionally.
- Scheduling & Staff Management: Oversee team schedules, training, and operational needs to maintain optimal efficiency.
- Hospitality Standards: Uphold and enforce the property’s exceptional standards of service, cleanliness, and ambiance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar front-of-house leadership role in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and team members.
- Strong leadership abilities, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A polished, professional demeanor and an authentic passion for hospitality excellence.

Compensation: Salary ($100,000.00 - $120,000.00)
