Il Gigante is interviewing for an executive chef.
We are a trattoria located in the heart of Ridgewood. Our food is mainly from Emilia Romagna and Tuscany. We specialize in pasta, wether is dry or fresh we make everything in house.
Despite opening only 5 months ago we were one of sixteen new restaurant in NYC selected by the Michelin Guide. We obsess over quality standards and authenticity.
We are looking for an individual to lead our outstanding kitchen team.
You should be extremely knowledgeable about Italian regional cuisines, well organized, punctual, and with a smile on.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $100,000.00)
