Ithaki Estiatorio is a new upscale Hellenic restaurant in Chicago’s Greektown. The restaurant features a modern main floor space with a full bar and an upcoming downstairs cocktail lounge.
We are currently hiring Server Assistants. Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in an upscale or fine-dining environment, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Our standards are high, and taking pride in your role is key to success on our team.

Essential Responsibilities:Effective verbal communication skills
Punctuality and reliability
Participating in all FOH training programs and meeting training expectations
Providing a great service experience to guests rooted in your passion for hospitality
Setting up and resetting tables before, during, and after service
Stocking all stations with the necessary items for smooth service
Prioritizing guest and employee safety when navigating the dining room
Working closely with service staff and management to ensure a seamless guest experience
Anticipating guest needs and acting proactively
Execution of all opening, closing, and running checklists
Maintaining knowledge of all food and beverage items and preparations
Team mentality with the ability to complete tasks independently
Event service experience is a bonus

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($12.62) plus tips
