all & sundry is a bar and bistro just steps away from Columbus Circle and Central Park. We are looking for a new Lead Host to join our team!
The Lead Host is an essential role to our hospitality program. We are looking for a vibrant and service-focused individual, who takes pride being the first and last experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a welcoming, professional and polished environment for guests
- Manage the reservation system; including in-service waitlist and backend seating charts to maximize seating and optimize flow
- Boost cover counts through strategic planning and fostering relationships
- Build relationships with neighboring businesses and residences through our Concierge Outreach Program
- Liaise between team members during service to ensure the highest level of hospitality, service and efficiency
- Work alongside management to lead the FOH team through service
- Oversee large party bookings and special requests
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience with NYC reservation and door management
- Proficient with Resy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Weekend, night and holiday availability
$25/hour

Compensation: Hourly ($25.00)
