Job Details

Duties include:
- Work under the guidance of the Executive Chef
- Assist in training and staff oversight
- Fill in on the line or expedite when necessary
- Order, receive, and conduct inventory
- Contribute to the menu
- Perform pre-shift with the FOH as needed and maintain open communication during service
- Contribute to daily reports, team scheduling, recording invoices, and costing out new recipes
About you:
- Exemplary skills in communication, time management, and problem-solving
- Leader by example, a desire to learn, and a team player
- Pride in craftsmanship and attention to the details
- Grace under pressure
- A background in classic cooking techniques
- Competent computer skills (Google suite, Gmail), and experience with Toast, Tock, and 7Shifts preferable
- Foodservice manager certification required
- 2+ years experience as sous chef
